Longevity 101 for Men

None of us wants to die prematurely. Most of us would prefer to live a long life, provided it is a healthy life. This is referred to as our healthspan, the length of time you are healthy -- not just alive.

So how do you go about increasing both your longevity and healthspan?

Peter Attia, MD, provides a good introduction to this complex topic. He covers the basics and provides you with the information you need to move forward on this very worthwhile journey.

He lays out the foundational concepts of lifespan, healthspan, and the marginal decade. He also discusses the four main causes of death and their prevention, as well as detailing the five key strategies in his longevity toolkit to improve lifespan and healthspan.
