What Are You Doing to Maintain or Improve Your Health?

It seems like every time we turn around, we develop another little health problem or limitation.  So the question is, how are you dealing with it? Have you found a solution or some way to mitigate the problem?

And chances are, if you're having a health issue, it's likely another guy in the group has the same issue. 

The purpose of this web page is to share your health experiences that another member may find helpful or informative.  And who knows -- maybe another guy has a solution or idea that can help you in a way you didn't think of.

Let's pool our health improvement ideas here for all members to see. The more ideas we receive, the more we can help each other.
