Eight Reasons Why Tai Chi Is Good for Your Health
Tai Chi, also known as Tai Chi Chuan, is an ancient Chinese
martial art that has evolved into a popular mind-body exercise practiced
worldwide. It involves slow, graceful movements combined with deep
diaphragmatic breathing and mental focus, aiming to promote physical and
psychological well-being.
The Greenwood Senior Center offers tai chi
classes every week.
One of the past events of the Greenwood Men's Group was an
outdoor tai chi class in Greenwood Park. The guys really enjoyed the
experience. We hope to do it again.
